Network: raw vs tcp

json streamSettings for network is raw

However in this example:
https://github.com/XTLS/Xray-examples/blob/main/VLESS-TCP-XTLS-Vision-REALITY/config_server.jsonc

json streamSettings for network is tcp

Are these two the same or is there a difference? Particularly for China is one better over the other.

Currently my configs use tcp but I am wondering if I should switch to raw instead.
