Can't enable plugins

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the System -> Enable Plugin (option not found)

Server Software (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows Server 2022
Virtualization: none

if you copy and paste your config.json into https://jsonlint.com you can see, you have quite a few problems
you have multiple/duplicate values of items which will cause a problem to begin with,
but also more importantly you have formatted it incorrectly,
you can see you have put the plugins section inside of the AutoBackup along with QUITE a few other things that shouldnt be in there.
always use https://jsonlint.com to help format it correctly,
also try using https://jsoneditoronline.org to help build it up correctly

@si458 thanks you very mush - I did a cleanup of the json file and now I have the option Plugins BUT ;)

Our company is behind a proxy. Can somebody please help me out.

im not sure im afraid, plugins are provided as is
only thing i can find in the source code is
settings.plugins.proxy
so you would need to maybe add "proxy": "IP.GOES.HERE.PLZ:PORTHERE" inside of the plugins array

Hm 'proxy' does not work
