Console web: replace product-facing Scope wording with Workspace context

Background

Scope is the backend workspace/partition/governance boundary. Product-facing Team surfaces should not teach users that Scope is a Team.

Scope

• Review Teams Home, Team Detail, Create Team, and Studio context labels.
• Replace user-facing Scope labels with Workspace or 工作空间 where appropriate.
• Keep scopeId as technical metadata in secondary/copyable places.
• Preserve backend API naming in code; this is primarily user copy and UI hierarchy.

Acceptance Criteria

• Main product labels distinguish Workspace from Team.
• Raw scopeId appears only as technical context or metadata.
• No Team page headline, empty state, or helper text says Scope is the Team.
