SHLVL not handling

Hi guys nice work.
I just make it and i saw the projet so far si not incrementing the shlvl

for exempe :

• if i do ./minishel SHLVL should be 2 if again do ./minishell it should be 3.. Every time you call a shell inside a shell the SHLVL should be equal SHLVL + 1.
