Advanced Zone vm image avalability

Hey guys, I want to know some information about cloudstack advanced network enabled zone, I am creating a advanced network enabled zone but i cannot able to add any template image or iso to this when I create any template it goes into "Not Ready" state then it stays in that same state it does not downloads the template and I am not able to create any vm in that zone. What is the cause of this?

@arpanbht, once the zone is enabled, the SSVM will download registered templates. these are our system vms which is a part of the advance zone , it is running but the agent state is null.

now what to do or what kind of information you'll need for help

The System VMs should be able to connect to the management server on TCP/8250, which could be tested. If it can connect, the agent status will become up.
View '/var/log/cloud/cloud.log' in the SystemVMs to see why it can't connect.
Try telnet to the management server IP on port 8250 from the System VMs.
Check if the SystemVMs are connecting to the correct IP address; if it's not correct, update the global settings configuration 'host' to the correct value.

systemvms are connected to the network, if i ping them from other machines , it is responding

how can i connect the systemvms to management server on tcp 8250 (192.168.1.218:8080)-management server

The CloudStack agent in the System VMs will connect to the management server's IP address on port 8250, but it appears that it can't connect.

@TheKunalSen The agent service running on SSVM and CPVM will try to connect to management server on port 8250. Please make sure there is no firewall rules blocking these connections.

You can ssh into system VM's using the steps here . Once connected you can try to see if the systemVM's can reach the management servers port 8250 ( using a command like telnet)

yeah now the vms are working and evrything is working on advance zone, it seemed like the firewall was blocking the 8250 port on management server that is why the vms were not getting connected
