Ui wiggling when clicking on production branch dropdown in functions create deployment option

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'functions'
2. Click on functions which ever is currently there if not create one with any template
3. Scroll down to 'create deployment'
4. select git
5. click on the production branch dropdown you will see the function name and the other things in the background of the dialog box are moving

👍 Expected behavior

it should not move

👎 Actual Behavior

It is wiggling
