Browser crashes when trying to auto-reload an xml file that failed the first time

How to reproduce:

• Open an XML file with an xml-stylesheet using the old src attribute, for example
• Correct the file, and hit save

This is not really a problem with auto-reload, but a problem with reload in general. AXRDocument and friends probably keep too much state after a failed load. They should keep nothing more than the URL they were loaded from. Or something like that.
