Multi-language pragmatic approach #3477

My personal opinion: we went a bit too far with the multi-language support. As a result, we have many languages in our system but most of them aren't properly translated.

My suggestion: only keep the languages that are really needed. Looking at factors such as: how many people speak the language in the world and how many of them cannot actually speak English.

For example, Dutch and Swedish are languages only spoken in small countries and where the average level of English is very high (I hope I don't annoy anyone with this comment, which is rather a compliment) and I do not see any benefit in maintaining them inside Keira3.

On the other side, languages such as Spanish, Chinese, and Russian are spoken by many people around the world, so they should be our priority.

What are the opinions about this? I will keep this thread open for a while to collect feedback (if any) before proceeding.
