We should have a search bar

A system for enhancemnet I used before combined the search with creating new suggestion.

1. the user had to search first
2. and could than decide to create a new suggestion if the search results didn't include the missing feature

We currently have what Amelie describes here. The problem is that it is not so obvious, and also that once in a while we get similar, duplicated ideas (some also because of the language - since some people write in english, others in norwegian, and very few in other languages).
