Suggestion: Under the Browse Public Projects tab, the Private tag is a bit confusing #144
Description
Based on discussions with @nicoalee, the Private tag means that non dataset members cannot access the data but the dataset Overview page is publicly visible. Perhaps a different tag (e.g. Restricted access) with a tooltip (e.g. Please contact the project admin to get access.) would be helpful? Thanks.
