Support `{ os-name }`

According to https://github.com/cargo-bins/cargo-binstall/blob/main/SUPPORT.md, binstall does not seem to support an OS name:

• windows
• macos
• linux

Could you support this by os or os_name in Cargo.toml?

Kebab-cased os-name seems to be better.
