The domain_is_custom operation uses the list of library domains in the checked standard IG; however, the list of library domains in the standard is not available to the user at all. I think it could easily be made available to the user.
The requested functionality will facilitate the development of generic rules to check basic conformance.
Requested to support better implementation of FDAB011 and similar types of rules.
