Review SDK maintainers activity as of March 21, 2024

As discussed here we've agreed to review the activity of the SDK maintainers in half a year and see if the maintainers are still active.

@duglin, I believe it's due to vote on this now. So how should we initiate a vote then?

Hi @xSAVIKx - go ahead and open up a PR with the list of changes you're proposing to make to the MAINTAINERS file and then give people one week to vote. Make sure to ping the maintainers to get their attention.
