Dataset Download Failed for 403 forbidden error. Any other links?

Hi, I am trying to resume download the provided dropbox link. But the downloads fails at 81% and is not able to resume, which shows 403 forbidden error. I have tried a few times to download from scratch but meet the same problem unfortunately.

Any solution for this? Or is there any other dataset links?
