Hi,
I met a problem with running makeflow through slurm. After I entered the command, my makeflow stuck and no response at all. It only left with "checking files for unexpected changes... (use --skip-file-check to skip this step)
starting workflow....".
However, when I tried to test for another makeflow, it worked normally. Since I didn't have failed information, I cannot figure out which part has errors and I cannot debug it either.
