For consistency reasons I would suggest:
HasVersion
Definition: indicates A has a version B
(i.e. B without brackets)

Perhaps, relatedIdentifierType="DOI" of a dataset might be better for the "Compiles" example to indicate that my software A compiled the dataset B in question? I find the existing example slightly misleading, as the landing page in question in my preception more prominently lists the institution than the report.

Add to Example and Usage Notes:
"May also be used to reference the instrument that has been used to collect the data in a dataset."

Rationale:
It has been suggested in the Request for Comments that IsCompiledBy is probably the best fit for the relation between a dataset and the instrument being used to collect the data. It has also been suggested that we clearly need to indicate which relation type to use in that case.
