Unable to install

I 'm installing it on windows machine. I'm facing this issue.

I'm planning to use this library for my research purpose and i hope the library works

A simple workaround for this issue is to create a new Conda environment and install scikit-learn first. This ensures that pip does not attempt to install the deprecated sklearn package when installing submodlib, preventing error.
