[WISHLIST] README File and Other Documentation #25
Description
Right now, the only real instructions on how to set up your development environment and compile LibreScribe are on the Wiki [https://github.com/aliendude5300/LibreScribe/wiki]. It would be great if we could get a proper README file written up to help users compile the code, introduce the project, etc.
