Currently all example notebook are listed at the top level of the RTD gallery. As the number of notebooks grows, it could be helpful to group notebooks into thematic sections (e.g. data processing / calibration (FM, CW..), analysis workflows (single targets, frequency differencing, visualisation?)
A community showcase section could also be a nice addition to highlight how users are applying echopype in practice (shoutout to @ctuguinay for the great idea!)
