[hawkBit] Replace usage of Bitnami RabbitMQ/MySQL images/helm charts

Follow-up of #563:
As the currently used Bitnami RabbitMQ/MySQL images are not getting updated anymore, the use of the Bitnami helm charts shall be replaced by corresponding alternatives.
