VirtualIn elements need IoData with Pr (room UUID) + Cr (category UUID), WF=16400, Idx=-1, and InputRef must NOT be a child element. Discovered by reverse-engineering UX auto-config. Fix implemented in add_virtual_in() but edge cases may exist.
