Implement learningDashboardEnabled parameter of the BBB-API create-call? #326
Description
The create-call of the BBB-API will support to enable/disbale the learning dashboard available in BBB 2.4. This might be a useful parameter for teachers who do or do not want the dashboard.
Also, related to this, the duration before erasing the dashboard on the server can be specified with learningDashboardCleanupDelayInMinutes and can be set to "never erase the dashboard". A value that is privacy related and should probably be configurable at least in the admin-settings of the plugin.
