Replace with Flathub’s Linux Store Frontend

This repo is basically unmaintained AFAIK and the web frontend for AppCenter is missing a ton of useful features.

We should strongly consider using the same Linux Store Frontend that powers Flathub https://github.com/flathub/linux-store-frontend

(If I understand it correctly that's the next major version which is currently seeing active development.)

Hi, it would be great to migrate this website and make it a bit more maintainable. I have experience in Angular and could move forward with some ideas.

Since this was filed I know @davidmhewitt had spend some time on https://github.com/davidmhewitt/appcenter-website

I don't really know the state of it, but I agree it would be good to have movement in some direction :)
