Alias in ISA-JSON is not the same as the one submitted to ENA

Currently, for easy testing purposes, the alias is made unique on the ENA repositories side.

Possibilities:

• Take out the random number that is being added in the ENA repository ENA
• Update back the ISA-JSON with the accession number we get back from the

[bedroesb]

@kdp-cloud : instead of a random number generator, lets use a UUID

[bedroesb]

Lets for now keep the ISA ID + UUID and not let this be written back to ISA JSON
