Opencode - Buggy conversation steps

What happened?

Preamble: I'm not certain of this issue, but empirically it exists with entire enable and it goes away with entire disable

Issue:

When I use opencode with entire enabled, I encountered the following two issues which significantly impacted my development experience:

• The "escape twice to interrupt" feature is much less reliable, often not working at all. I use this feature frequently
• The "step end" sequence to finalize an agent response often hangs. The "loader / racing squares" (denoting that the agent is working) continue racing despite the agent producing the finalized summary response

Steps to reproduce

1. entire enable
2. opencode
3. prompt any action with the "build" agent. note that this is an occasionally reproducible bug, so not a consistent set of steps
