I like that as well, maybe in addition another idea: not only IP based, but maybe you can "allow" your site(s), as the IP from the site should be known as well), in order to not enter credentials when at home... |

Definitely would be helpful to have. Or on the sign in screen you can have a checkbox to whitelist the IP you sign in from. This would then allow apps to bypass the auth as well |

Yeah this would be very helpful. Right now I have crowdsec bouncer setup too, which means I have to basically whitelist ips manually. Having an option in pangolin to just bypass this would make this so much more easy and intuitive, especially if you could set a time limit with an option to reset the limit whenever you reconnect from the same ip. Moreover, it means you don't have to keep signing in over and over. |
Uh oh!

Currently I have 2 resources setup to bypass Pangolin authentication via
Rule -> Always Allow -> IP -> my Home Public IP.I guess a lot of people are behind a dynamic IP setup by the Provider like me.
So it would be nice to have the possibility to add a DNS name instead of the IP like
IP Rule -> Always Allow -> DNS -> myDynDNSAddressand Pangolin resolves the IP from it every 6 hours or so. In this case you do not need to change the pangolin setting everytime the IP changes. All reactions
