Dedicated Dashboard Section for Managing Admin EOS IDs (ASA)

Hi GSA Team,

As a follow-up to the API discussion, I would like to suggest adding a dedicated UI section in the dashboard to manage Admin EOS IDs for ARK: Survival Ascended (similar to how bans and whitelist management currently work).

Having a clean dashboard interface where server owners can view, add, and remove admin player IDs without having to manually modify config files/templates would make cluster administration much more convenient.
