Feature Request: Kilo Code Integration

Summary

Add support for Kilo Code as a new AI assistant option in Spec Kit, allowing users to bootstrap spec-driven development projects with Kilo Code integration.

Problem/Need

Currently, Spec Kit supports Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, and Cursor. Adding Kilo Code support would expand the ecosystem and provide users with another powerful AI assistant option for spec-driven development.

Proposed Solution

Implement Kilo Code support similar to existing AI assistants:

• Add kilocode option to CLI --ai parameter
• Generate appropriate mode files for Kilo Code
• Update documentation and release process
• Maintain cross-platform compatibility

Benefits

• Expands AI assistant ecosystem
• Provides users with more choice
• Maintains consistency with existing patterns
• Enables Kilo Code users to leverage Spec Kit's workflow

Acceptance Criteria

• specify init --ai kilocode works correctly
• Generates proper .kilocodemodes file
• Documentation updated
• Release process includes Kilo Code templates
• Cross-platform support (bash/zsh + PowerShell)

Additional Context

This would follow the same implementation pattern as existing AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor) to maintain consistency.

Latest release supports Kilo Code, thanks to contributions from @shahrukhkhan489. This was consolidated in #451.
