Side report while waiting on the note-deploy fix: the dex.do site itself is intermittently returning 503 Service Unavailable when new users try to connect their wallet. The error appears during the wallet-linking flow (profile_address: Get account call) and cycles — sometimes it works, sometimes it returns 503 immediately. This seems to be happening under increased load after the shellnet reset, as many users are likely trying to set up new wallets at the same time. Not blocking for existing users, but new users can't onboard reliably right now.
