Regression: Support Consul LIST

i'm not sure that you can return all of the keys if your consul is not authenticated

Consul-template does this (I was testing on Consul without authentication)

If the recurse or keys query parameters are true, this endpoint will return an array of keys.

I am not fully sure. But looks like they changed the non-standard LIST method to GET with the ?keys parameter

@zystem sorry for the slow response. There's an integration test (that's still passing) to test this functionality, so I'm not sure why you're hitting this issue.

Have you tried {{ ds "consul" }} instead? Or perhaps {{ ds "consul" "./" }}?

Please check the integration test carefully.
It creates the key "list-of-keys" and list subkeys of this key.
Then I want to get a list of keys in the ROOT.
