Put the wrap-lines toggle next to the file and diff views

Problem statement

The "Wrap Lines in Diffs" setting does the job, but it lives in settings as a global switch. Changing it means leaving whatever I am reading, walking into settings, flipping it, and coming back.

Wrapping is not a preference I hold all the time. It changes with the file in front of me. Then one very long line shows up, wrapped it eats half the screen for a single line, and I want it off for that moment only. Scrolling through several files in one view, the right answer changes file by file.

Proposed solution

Surface the same toggle as a control next to the file and diff views, alongside the other buttons already there. Same setting underneath is fine, it just needs to be reachable without leaving the view.

Acceptance criteria

• A wrap toggle is reachable from the file and diff views without opening settings
• Toggling it takes effect immediately on what is on screen
• It stays in sync with the existing "Wrap Lines in Diffs" setting

Implemented in source. Thanks for the clear product direction here—the contextual placement while reusing the existing synchronized setting directly shaped the implementation.

The wrap switch now lives beside the code surfaces where it has an immediate effect: file details, changed-files review, commit and stash details, and expanded tool diffs. It uses the existing account-level wrapLinesInDiffs setting, so Settings and contextual controls stay synchronized and the default is unchanged. Binary, rendered Markdown, oversized, loading, and error surfaces do not show a control that cannot affect their content. The 0.3 line carries the same intent through its workspace-owned views.

Focused component and integration tests cover immediate toggling, accessible switch state, single-area review headers, file visibility rules, commit/stash surfaces, and expanded-versus-summary tool diffs. The source changes are on dev and forward-ported to v0.3. This is not yet a dev-channel release; please retry after this issue reaches stage:dev.
