Allow exploration of normative RFC references #26
Description
Editors need to research whether the terminology used in the document is consistent with the RFCs that it normatively references. It is convenient for the editor to search across a text file that contains all the normatively referenced RFCs (i.e., a cat file). DraftForge can create a cat file and open it in a new tab. Alternatively, DraftForge can open a tab for each text file of the normatively referenced RFCs.
The functionality is currently found in the normref script.
