Issue: iGPU Code 43 when enabling Hyper-V/WSL in VM with SR-IOV

iGPU "passthrough" with SR-IOV works correctly until Hyper-V or WSL is enabled inside the Windows VM. Upon enabling either feature, the iGPU immediately fails with Code 43 in Device Manager.

Steps to reproduce:
Configure VM with iGPU passthrough (working state)
Enable either Hyper-V or WSL features in Windows
Reboot VM
iGPU shows Code 43 error

What I've tested:
Multiple driver versions (clean installs with DDU)
Both Windows 10 and Windows 11
Disabling/re-enabling the device
Different VM configurations
