Suggestion: add a newcomer entry link on the Getting Started page

Following up on my previous suggestion about creating a clearer entry path for non-technical newcomers, I wanted to propose a possible place where such a section could live.

As a new reader, the “Getting Started” page feels like the most natural first stop when exploring the IPFS documentation. Adding a short link or section there (for example, “New to IPFS? Start here”) could help guide non-technical readers before they dive into more detailed content.

This is just a suggestion from a newcomer’s perspective, but I believe it could improve the first-time reading experience.
