Feature request: ability to enable the extension on a editor non yet saved to a file

When editing text in a new editor, not yet saved to a file, the extension cannot be enabled (CSV: Toggle extension On/Off).
Also the command "CSV: Change CSV Separator" return the following popup: "Open a CSV/TSV/PSV file in the CSV editor"
