Feature request: synchronized scrolling for CSV diff view #86

Thank you very much for developing such a wonderful extension.
It has been truly helpful in solving the problems I have been facing.
If possible, I would like to kindly request an improvement regarding the feature for viewing CSV differences in GitHub Pull Requests or similar tools.
When viewing CSV differences in GitHub Pull Requests, I currently need to scroll each side separately. Would it be possible to implement synchronized scrolling so that scrolling one side automatically scrolls the other as well?
I would greatly appreciate your consideration of this request.
