The WARNING part can be safely ignored, or pass that flag to the JVM (or prefixed by -J passed to JRuby).

The other error I'm not sure about. Can you provide an example we can run to compare this? Sequel uses the JDBC drivers for SQLite directly, and we don't really maintain any of the code in that setup. The actual driver repo is here: https://github.com/xerial/sqlite-jdbc, but those error messages don't appear anywhere in that repository either.

I could not find this gxg-framework either, so I assume it's something you maintain?

I'd like to help but there's very little to go on here.
