Notebook to PDF conversion isn't proper

Description

While we are trying to convert a Notebook to a pdf wherein the Notebook consists of titles in markdown sections, the PDF ends up having unexpected numberings to all the titles.

Reproduce

Step 1 - Fire up Jupyter notebook
Step 2 - Convert two cells to markdowns
Step 3 - Create some titles
Step 4 - Go to the File option and choose Save and Export Notebook as and choose PDF

Expected Behaviour

The numbers should come up as they are in the markdowns

Yea, I don't like it either, but it's sort of intentional. I removed the heading numbering in my template that you can find here though: https://github.com/t-makaro/nb_pdf_template

For some people it's a feature since it means that the notebooks better integrate into other latex documents that have this behaviour.
