Assigned issue on home page

Please add a display option for assigned issues on the home page (instead of the To-Do list).
This could be done, for example, in the settings to swap, instead of To-Do, so that assigned issues can be displayed.
I don't have and don't use To-Do. Currently, I have this thin bar displayed under the header, which looks strange.

This should have been a message for empty list, but yea I think it is a regression.

Settings and assigned issues are valid requests.
