Please remove Cloudflare from website https://buildbot.libretro.com. Cloudflare is blocked in Russia by Roskomnadzor. Because of this, downloading any cores from website https://buildbot.libretro.com in RetroArch v1.19.1 (released in 2024) under Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks (the last skeuomorphic version of Mac OS X, released on October 22, 2013), installed on VMware Workstation v15.5.7 (released in 2020) + VMware Unlocker under Windows 10 (x64), on my SkyNet ISP in Saint Petersburg, Russia (https://skynet.ru) has been interrupted within the first two percents since December 2025. Furthermore, there are no free VPNs and DPI spoofing software (like GoodbyeDPI or Zapret) compatible with OS X Mavericks that would bypass blocking of Cloudflare and website https://buildbot.libretro.com by SkyNet ISP, and there never will be.
