Currently we can only poll tasks, we need to start temporary webhook channel for them to notify us back
Concerns:
- Testing non-localhost - needs real https webhook.
- Starting multiple VS one webhook to handle all
- Parallel webhook handling, needs state and visual on the agent itself when it's done
