[Improvement]: Modules dropdown height inconsistent with other fields in issue details panel

Description:
The Modules dropdown height is not consistent with other fields like Start date, Due date, and Cycle in the issue details panel.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any issue in Plane
2. Look at the right-side issue details panel
3. Compare "Modules" dropdown height with "Due date" or "Cycle"

Expected behavior:
Modules dropdown should have same height as other fields.

Actual behavior:
Modules dropdown height is smaller than other fields.
