Missing lower toolbar

What happened?

The toolbar in the lower left doesnt appear on obsidian at it is on online version of the tool

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the toolbar to appear like the README docs says. I was searching for the toogle buttons to switch the task progress display but the toolbar isnt displaying on latest plugin release.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

1. Open the timeline view of a Markwhen file in Obsidian
2. Check the lower left for the toolbar

Anything else we need to know?

As pointed out on another issue #51, replacing plugin files with 0.0.4 release version solves the problem

Same, since the "export image" functionnality appear (which is a very useful feature) , so we can't show date with "toggle date ranges"...
