Windows Release TiPunch not working #270
Description
When attempting to run TiPunch I get an error.
C:\Users\reese\micmacTemp>mm3d TiPunch
ERROR: cannot find PoissonRecon tool, did build micmac with option BUILD_POISSON=1 ?
Windows latest release of micmac zip.
