I checked version v1.0.0, and it is also wrong.

It looks like the TargetMachine config (https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-explorer-command/blob/main/main.gyp) is in the wrong place. It should be a configurable parameter within msvs_settings, but it's currently sitting outside that block, which is likely why it's not taking effect.

For ARM64, it is actually generated correctly by a hack in the gyp_library.py...
