Unable to add Workspace

After clicking on Files>Add folder to Workspace and selecting the folder app is not adding the selected folder to Workspace.

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please provide more detailed reproduction steps?

In particular:

1. Where exactly are you invoking Add Folder to Workspace from (Explorer, File menu, Agents Window Files view, or another surface)?
2. What is open initially: an empty window, a folder, or an existing multi-root workspace?
3. Which folder do you select, and what happens immediately after confirming the picker?
4. Does this reproduce in the latest VS Code Insiders build?

A short screen recording showing the complete flow would also be helpful.
