Allow using a Mercurial bundle #21
Description
mozilla-central is big enough that it can be even problematic to do the initial clone with relatively good remote connections (let alone flaky ones...).
To help with that, mozcommitbuilder could allow specifying the path to a mozilla-central bundle.
