Can I use custom, degenerate primers? #52

Description

@mlosilla

Hi,

thank you for making pychopper available. I was wondering if I could use it with custom, degenerate primers? either with edlib or through hammerpede. I ran a few tests expanding all the primer combinations in the primer and primer_config files, but I think that this didn't work.

Thanks
Mau
