This version of VQL is much more fully featured than the book one, but needs technical review.
The goal is to create something extensible into vector space and manifold operations so that vector transformations on embeddings can be experimented with, compactly and easily. 
These transformations can be run in memory or can be run on a database with persistence but that case will require robust managment of data movemnt to and from persistent store.
