As a Nextcloud user, I want to be able to use sensitivity labels to control if the recipient can download my email.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Allow attaching such sensitivity labels.
- Enforce the download prevention for the recipient.

Additional context
The server has to limit allowed IPs/clients so Mail is the exclusive client of the server. Sieve must not interfere with rules.
